In tunnel construction, concrete is typically produced according to the mix ratio and delivered to the nozzle for spraying using shotcrete machinery. However, such concrete can only meet the requirements of ordinary C30 or C40 grades. To achieve higher mechanical strength, the fluidity of the concrete decreases, resulting in poor pumpability, making it difficult to meet both high-strength and high-fluidity performance requirements.
